Property Maintenance
Spring Clean Up
Starting off the property maintenance season is spring clean up. Spring clean up is a one time visit that takes place between March 1st and April 15th. During the spring clean up we remove all winter debris from the property, edge all the beds, spread preemergent and fertilizer in beds, and cut back and prune the appropriate plant material.
Fall Clean Up
The final phase of the property maintenance program is the fall clean up. Fall clean up commences at the end of October and comes to an end in early December. Fall Clean up is comprised of weekly visits to remove all leaves from the property. Depending on your town ordinance we will either place them on the street or remove them with our leaf vacuum. During this time we will also cut back the appropriate plant material.
